Great place, have vehicle with an extended warranty. They worked with them and took care of all the paperwork. So far the work performed has been excellent.

I was traveling from Superior/Duluth. When my F-150 began to shutter violently.
I found Ron’s on the MAPS app and called to explain our situation.
Keith said if we could make it to there shop, they would do immediate diagnostics.
We made it to the shop before closing and the crew here went into action diagnosing the issue.
They ordered the parts, provided us a free loaner car and directed us to great local accommodations that were extreamly cost effective.
Long story short, we were back on the road home in less than 20hrs.
Great customer service, great communication on and about the repairs.
Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

They were very detailed with their diagnostic which I appreciated. He was willing to work with me. Also, I’m a full-time parent work two jobs so I travel a lot so using the loaner really helped me do what I needed to do in my every Day routine. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for cheaper prices but great work! I will be returning soon.

The muffler/exhaust came loose on our SAAB during a short trip to Ames and we were scheduled to leave the next day.
Desperate to find a shop for the repair on short notice, I phoned Ron’s.
They agreed to jump on it immediately (plus, exhaust/mufflers aren’t something they normally do)and I’m so thankful for their getting my wife and me out of a jam.
Great people and I’ve got to say, an amazingly beautiful shop!
